An 8 year-old boy is brought in by his teacher after falling out of tree while playing at school. His teacher says the boy fell from a height of 5 metres, landing flat on his back. The boy’s Airway is clear. He is able to tell you his name, age and where he is. He is breathing easily and his lungs are clear bilaterally.
