A 61 year-old male comes into your clinic. He told his family that he was having trouble with his right hand, dropping a soda bottle. As he walked around to clean it up, he noted his right leg was feeling weak.

When you assess the patient, you note his Airway is clear, he has no difficulty breathing and he has normal skin perfusion and heart rate.
