A 50 year-old female has experienced 2 weeks of worsening shortness of breath and cough. She says that she even gets short of breath just walking a few metres from her bed to the cooking area.
She is talking to you but is breathing rapidly and seems to be out of breath between sentences. She does not have fever. Her Airway looks and sounds normal.
